Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Lunch daily from 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
No weekends or holidays required

We are working with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to hire a Staff Pharmacist for a newly opened community pharmacy located within a primary care facility. This site includes pediatricians, adult providers, and other healthcare professionals. The current pharmacist has been promoted to director, and we are looking to fill the staff role immediately.

Position Highlights:

• Newly opened pharmacy as of June 3rd

• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts

• Integrated with a collaborative clinical care team

• 340B program experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and verifying prescription orders

• Managing inventory and ordering supplies

• Maintaining drug storage and monitoring expiration dates

• Providing customer service and addressing patient concerns

• Keeping accurate records of inventory, patient data, and insurance claims

• Supporting telepharmacy operations

• Collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager

• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations

• Overseeing the appearance and organization of the pharmacy

Requirements:

• Active Indiana pharmacist license

• Immunization certification

• Resume, skills checklist, references, and license verification

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
