We re seeking a qualified Retail Pharmacist for a contract assignment in Sidney, MT, supporting an independent hospital's outpatient pharmacy. The retail pharmacy is directly connected to a full-service hospital that includes emergency care, OB, ICU, and surgical departments.

This is a travel opportunity for pharmacists looking for a steady, full-time contract role in a supportive clinical setting.

About the Role:

• Location: Sidney, MT

• Duration: 13-week or 26-week contract (based on candidate availability)

• Schedule:

  • Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

• Setting: Hospital-owned retail/outpatient pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions in line with all legal and clinical standards

• Offer patient consultations regarding medication use, safety, and potential side effects

• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations

• Maintain adherence to all federal and state pharmacy regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Montana Pharmacist License in good standing (no restrictions)

• 1+ year of experience in a retail or outpatient setting

• Availability to work the scheduled hours, including Saturday shifts

• Must be ready to start promptly once credentialed and cleared

Interview Process:

• First-round virtual interview with Human Resources

• Second-round interview with Pharmacy Department Leadership

• A third-round discussion may be scheduled depending on applicant background
