Role Overview:
RPh on the Go is excited to invite applications for a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Iowa City. This is a great opportunity for professionals experienced in Home Infusion and clinical pharmacy settings.

Position: Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Duration: 13+ Weeks (Potential for Permanent Role)
Location: Iowa City, IA

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties:
Accurately prepare and compound sterile medications, including cytotoxic drugs, in precise single doses.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and follow prescriber orders for all compounding processes.
Conduct quality assurance and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with sterile compounding standards.
Manage inventory to keep stock levels consistent and functional.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in sterile compounding.
Background in Home Infusion pharmacy is highly valued.
Current Iowa Pharmacy Technician License.
At least one year of relevant experience.
PTCB Certification required.
