Home Infusion Pharmacist (13+ Week Contract) - Huntsville, AL

Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Home Infusion Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract opportunity in Huntsville, AL. This position is temporary to cover a maternity leave but may extend further.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound intravenous (IV) medications according to established protocols.
• Coordinate with home health nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and provide guidance on safely administering medications at home.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their healthcare team to optimize therapy outcomes.

System/Software:
Proficiency in CPR+ computer system

Requirements:

• Active and clear Alabama Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1+ year recent experience in home infusion pharmacy
