Pharmacist (2-Month Contract Assignment)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacist to join our team for a 2-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will hold an active and clear Illinois Pharmacist License, with a preference for individuals with Home Infusion experience. This position requires an immediate start, and the successful candidate will be responsible for final checks in the pharmacy.
Requirements:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacist License (IL License)
• Preferred experience in Home Infusion
• Immediate availability to start work

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform final checks on prescriptions and medications
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain and update patient records
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
