RPh on the go is actively seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist in the Chicago area. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Overview:

• Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to patients receiving intravenous medications and therapies in their homes.

• Prepare, dispense, and monitor the administration of intravenous medications, ensuring their safety and effectiveness.
