Home Infusion Pharmacist Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Huntsville, AL
Duration: 13+ Weeks (Possible Extension Due to Maternity Leave)
Contract Position Only

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent home infusion pharmacy experience
• Proficient in CPR+ computer system
• Must hold an active and clear Alabama pharmacist license

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications
• Collaborate with home health nurses to ensure quality care
• Monitor patient progress and provide education on safe medication administration at home
• Work closely with patients and their healthcare team to optimize therapeutic outcomes
