Home Infusion Pharmacist - Charlotte, NC

RPh on the go is actively seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a 4-6 month position working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Overview:

• Patient Care: Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to patients receiving infusion therapy in a home setting.

• Medication Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation, dispensing, and delivery of infusion medications, considering individual patient needs and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent home infusion, or HIP experience
• North Carolina License clear and active
• Willing to work 4-6 months
• Available to start immediately
