Are you an experienced pharmacist with a passion for patient care? RPh on the Go is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist for an urgent, full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, with rotating weekends.
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmaceutical care by dispensing medications and monitoring patients drug therapies.
  • Offer consultation to medical and nursing staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 1-2+ years of home infusion experience required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
