Home Infusion Pharmacist Full Time | Houston, TX

RPh on The Go is seeking a Pharmacist with home infusion or inpatient experience for a full-time role in Houston. This position requires independence, attention to detail, and comfort with hands-on, standing work throughout the day.

Location:
Houston, TX

Schedule:
Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Overview:

• Prep medications for sterile compounding

• Verify compounds prepared by technicians

• Perform occasional IV compounding

• Check outgoing deliveries and supply orders

• Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations

• Must be comfortable working solo after initial training and standing for full shifts

Requirements:

• Texas Pharmacist license (active and clear)

• IV certification

• Experience in home infusion or hospital inpatient pharmacy

• Familiarity with sterile compounding
