Home Infusion Pharmacist - Maternity Leave Coverage
Location: Huntsville, AL

RPH on the go is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion Pharmacist to provide coverage during a maternity leave for 13+ weeks (may extend depending on coverage needs). This is a critical role ensuring continuity of care for home infusion patients.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration:

Requirements:

• Active and clear Alabama Pharmacist License
• 1+ year of recent home infusion experience
• Proficiency with the CPR+ computer system

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications
• Coordinate care with home health nurses
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on safely administering their medications at home
• Collaborate closely with the patient s healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
