Position: Staff Pharmacist Sterile Compounding
Contract Length: 13-Week Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Rotating on-call weekends and weekdays

Job Overview:
We re currently looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join a Home Infusion Pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The role includes sterile compounding and provides the chance to grow within the home infusion field. While initially a 13-week contract, there s an excellent opportunity for direct hire at the end of the assignment.

Your Role:

• Sterile compounding for home infusion medications.

• Conduct final verification of compounded preparations to ensure accuracy and patient safety.

• Patient counseling to ensure understanding of their therapy and how to administer medications at home.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.

What You ll Need:

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings is required.

• Sterile compounding experience is highly preferred (but we re open to training the right candidate).

• A valid Oklahoma pharmacy license in good standing.
