Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and compassionate Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this critical role, you will provide direct care to patients undergoing home infusion therapy, ensuring safe and accurate medication preparation and administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense intravenous (IV) medications for patients undergoing home infusion therapy.
• Work closely with home health nurses to ensure seamless medication administration and patient care.
• Track and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide patients with the necessary education to safely administer their treatments at home.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to make adjustments and improve patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in home infusion pharmacy.
• Proficiency with the CPR+ computer system.
• An active and valid Pharmacist license in Alabama.
