Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Includes rotating on-call shifts during the week and weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a Home Infusion Pharmacy role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, preparing and dispensing sterile compounded medications. With a 13-week contract and the chance for a direct hire, this role is perfect for someone looking to make an impact while enjoying a structured work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications for home infusion therapies.

• Provide expert consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their therapy.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor and manage the quality and safety of compounded medications.

What We re Looking For:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience is required.

• Sterile compounding experience preferred, but we are open to considering candidates who are willing to train.

• A current Oklahoma pharmacy license in good standing.
