Position: Staff Pharmacist Sterile Compounding
Contract Length: 13-Week Assignment with Potential for Direct Hire
Location: Home Infusion Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Rotating on-call weekends and weekdays

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our Home Infusion Pharmacy team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing essential care for patients requiring home infusion therapy. While the initial assignment is for 13 weeks, there s the possibility of transitioning into a direct hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding for home infusion therapies.

• Ensure the safe and accurate preparation of medications.

• Provide consultation and education to patients regarding their home infusion therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings.

• Sterile compounding experience preferred, though we will consider candidates without this experience.

• Oklahoma pharmacy license in good standing.
