Home Infusion Pharmacist - Tulsa, Oklahoma

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a reputable home infusion facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position offers an exciting opportunity for pharmacists with strong experience in sterile compounding and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients receiving home infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications, including IV admixtures, ensuring compliance with USP <797> standards.
• Maintain an aseptic environment and follow proper procedures for compounding and dispensing.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians in the sterile compounding process.
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients.
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Qualifications:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience
• On-call every 4th weekend.
• Oklahoma pharmacy license.
