Home Infusion Pharmacist

Join Our Team as a Home Infusion Pharmacist Full-Time Contract Position (8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Location: Huntsville, AL
Contract Length: 13+ Weeks (Possible Extension Due to Maternity Leave)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent home infusion pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with the CPR+ computer system
• Active and clear Alabama pharmacist license

Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications for home infusion
• Collaborate with home health nurses to provide seamless care
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary
• Educate patients on how to safely administer medications at home, ensuring they understand the process
• Partner with the patient s healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
