Pharmacy Technician (Clerical/Data)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Join a specialized Home Infusion Pharmacy team dedicated to providing quality home IV therapy services. This role emphasizes clerical and data responsibilities, ensuring seamless patient onboarding and support.

Duties:

• Input new patient information into the pharmacy program system.
• Assemble and prepare New Patient Packets.
• Build and maintain patient charts.
• Manage patient check-out processes.
• Assist with calls to doctors' offices to gather updates, clinical information, and labs.
• Bonus: IV Sterile Compounding experience is advantageous but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Terms:

• Temp to Perm

Requirements:

• NC Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (no negative history).
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy clerical experience.
  • Home infusion experience preferred but not required.
  • Background in patient interaction, data entry, and insurance processing.
