Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist in Virginia Day Shift Contract

We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support a home infusion pharmacy in Virginia for a 10-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong background in sterile compounding and a keen eye for accuracy and safety.

In this position, you will play a critical role in verifying compounded sterile preparations after they are completed by technicians in the clean room. The assignment is to cover a maternity leave and does not involve on-call responsibilities.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Requirements:

• Recent sterile compounding experience

• Background in either inpatient hospital or home infusion pharmacy

• Active and clear Virginia Pharmacist license

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
