Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist Tulsa, OK (Day Shift | Contract-to-Hire)

A respected home infusion pharmacy in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract with strong potential for direct hire. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists looking to work in a clean, collaborative environment that values accuracy, care, and clinical skill.

Position Details:

• Environment: Home Infusion

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Start: ASAP

• On-Call: Every 4th weekend

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy

• Sterile compounding experience preferred (not required, but a plus)

• Ability to work in a clinical, detail-oriented setting
