Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist Tulsa ,OK

An exciting opportunity is now open for a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join a home infusion pharmacy team in Oklahoma City. This is a 13-week contract position with the potential to convert to direct hire for the right candidate. If you have experience in inpatient or infusion pharmacy environments and are ready to contribute to a specialized care team, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• On-call rotation every 4th weekend

• Immediate start available

• Focused on sterile compounding and infusion services in a regulated, clinical setting

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Oklahoma Pharmacist license

• Must have recent experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy

• Sterile compounding experience is required

• Strong understanding of USP standards, aseptic technique, and IV preparation protocols

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical care team
