This role presents an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff within the hospital

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

• Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures

• Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and purchasing

• Provide both clinical and operational leadership to the pharmacy team

• Collaborate with hospital committees and interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license

• Proven leadership experience in pharmacy

• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations effectively

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed

Schedule Details:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 6:00 pm

• Weekends and holidays: 8:00 am 2:00 pm

• On-call coverage required
