Pharmacist - Hospital Inpatient (NEW GRADS Encouraged)
Location: Winamac, IN

RPH on the go is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist to join our inpatient hospital team on a direct-hire basis. This position is ideal for new graduates looking to gain experience in a hospital setting while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Accurately fill and verify medication orders.
• Oversee technician-prepared products before release.
• Ensure the security of controlled substances within the pharmacy.
• Accurately enter orders and patient information.
• Assist in training new staff members and updating the Director on daily pharmacy activities.
• Contribute to maintaining overall pharmacy operations.

Schedule/Shift:

• Full-time (30 hours per week)
• Includes weekend rotation and on-call duties after training.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• No prior experience necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
