RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Pharmacy for a short-term contract position at a reputable hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. This 2 to 3-month assignment is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned pharmacy leader to step into a key role and make an immediate impact on patient care and pharmacy operations.

Position Overview:

  • Type: Full-time Contract (2 3 months)

  • Schedule: Day Shift, Monday Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

  • Setting: Inpatient Hospital

  • Start Date: June 9th (No later than June 16th)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations

  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of safety and care

  • Monitor and improve workflow efficiencies

  • Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership on pharmacy-related initiatives and goals

  • Ensure inventory and budget management aligns with hospital objectives

Requirements:

  • WV Pharmacist License
  • 3-5 years Management experience; Recent Inpatient management preferred
