We are seeking an Outpatient Pharmacist and one Inpatient/ER Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract assignment at a healthcare facility in Peridot, AZ.

These roles require hospital pharmacy experience and will focus on patient care, medication management, and supporting overall pharmacy operations. Competitive pay and travel assistance are provided.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost-effective medication use.

  • Direct the implementation and maintenance of computer-based dispensing systems.

  • Provide medication counseling and support to hospital staff and patients.

  • Assess, develop, and implement operational improvements.

  • Prepare monthly reports and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

  • Educate and train staff to promote professional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.


Schedule/Shift:

  • 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

  • Variable shifts (days, nights, swing shifts, and weekends)


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 2 years of management experience.

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred, 1-year residency preferred).

  • Current and valid Pharmacy license.

  • BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

  • Inpatient/ER Pharmacist must have ACLS & PALS (PALS can be obtained on-site within the first month).

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

  • ScriptPro with SP200 Robot

  • RPMS Electronic Health Record (transitioning to a new EHR system)
