Travel Hospital Pharmacist Montana
Step into a rewarding role at a critical access hospital where your clinical expertise will directly impact patient care across multiple units including ER, OB, ICU, surgery, and med-surg. This opportunity offers the chance to provide hands-on pharmaceutical care in a small but dynamic setting with a retail pharmacy component.
Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and dispensing medications, collaborating closely with healthcare teams to tailor patient therapies, and overseeing medication safety and inventory. You ll also support pharmacy technicians and occasionally float to the retail pharmacy to ensure seamless operations. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, solid experience with EPIC, and flexibility to provide on-call support outside of regular hours.
Schedule:
Day shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
On-call coverage required outside scheduled hours
Possible overtime available
What You Bring:

Active, unrestricted Montana Pharmacist license (required)

Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years

Proficiency with EPIC pharmacy system (required)

Willingness to work scheduled shifts and on-call hours promptly upon compliance
