Position Overview:
This role supports the outpatient pharmacy's day-to-day operations while providing essential front-line pharmacy services. You'll oversee workflow, assign duties to staff, maintain compliance standards, and serve as a liaison between the team and pharmacy leadership. This is a hands-on pharmacist role with direct patient interaction across multiple age groups and clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage outpatient pharmacy operations and ensure workflow efficiency

Supervise and support pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, aides, and billers

Deliver high-quality medication therapy management and clinical services

Maintain compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards

Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BS-Pharm) with at least 3 years of experience

Proven leadership or operations experience within a pharmacy setting

Credentialed provider status and board certification in a clinical specialty (required for advanced-level roles)

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory

Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
