RPh on the Go is currently seeking a skilled Travel Inpatient Pharmacist for an exciting 8+ week contracted opportunity in Colorado. This is a great chance to bring your inpatient expertise to a dedicated hospital team while experiencing the natural beauty and vibrant lifestyle the state has to offer.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

  • Prepare, compound, and dispense medications per hospital standards

  • Monitor patient medication regimens and recommend clinical interventions

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, including USP 797/800

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Pharmacist License (required)

  • Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

  • Proficient in IV compounding and USP 797/800 protocols
