Position Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

Prepare, compound, and dispense medications per hospital standards

Monitor patient medication regimens and recommend clinical interventions

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, including USP 797/800
Qualifications:

Active Colorado Pharmacist License (required)

Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

Proficient in IV compounding and USP 797/800 protocols
