Hospital Pharmacist-Coquille, Oregon

RPh on the go is searching for a Travel Hospital Pharmacist. The idea candidate will have at least 2-years of inpatient hospital experience.

Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm

Job Duties:

• Reviews and interprets medication orders for inpatients and outpatients as needed.
• Prepares and/or checks medications prior to distribution of drugs and medications to various offices, clinics, and ambulance services
• Counsels patiens being discharged from the hospital related to medication management
• Inspects pharmacy inventory to assure that drugs are maintained according to departmental policy and procedures.

Required:

• Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
• 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
• Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
