Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• Clear and active pharmacy license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Job Duties:

• Review and interpret medication orders for both inpatients and outpatients as needed.
• Prepare and/or verify medications prior to distribution to various offices, clinics, and ambulance services.
• Counsel patients being discharged from the hospital regarding medication management.
• Inspect pharmacy inventory to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
