Position Highlights:

• Setting: Inpatient hospital direct hire, permanent
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, variable days and afternoons (mostly day shifts)
• Environment: Supportive team, high-acuity clinical exposure, and opportunities to work across multiple units

Your Role Will Include:

• Verifying and reviewing medication orders and patient profiles
• Collaborating on multidisciplinary rounds
• Performing drug therapy monitoring and protocol-based consults
• Responding to acute care scenarios like stroke, cardiac arrest, trauma, and more

What We re Looking For:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• PGY1 residency or 3+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
• PA license or willingness to obtain (out-of-state pharmacists are encouraged to apply!)
