Job Opportunity: Hospital Pharmacist (13-Week Assignment) Cincinnati, Ohio

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Term of Assignment: 13 weeks, with potential for permanent placement
Shifts: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, plus every 4th weekend
Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking a qualified Hospital Pharmacist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is to cover for a pharmacist who is currently out sick. There is an opportunity for permanent placement if the candidate is a good fit.

Job Duties:

• Order Verification
• Medication Reconciliation
• Warfarin/Vancomycin Consults
• Renal Dosing
• IV Compatibility

Requirements:

• Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Wellsky EMR experience preferred
