A well-established hospital just outside of Boston is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 26-week contract with strong potential for permanent hire our last placement at this facility was converted to a full-time role!

Schedule & Duration

• Start Date: March 10
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications, including IV preparations, ensuring patient safety.
• Hands-on IV compounding experience is highly preferred.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and Pyxis ES for medication management.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Thrive in a high-volume hospital environment requiring strong clinical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
