Job Posting: Hospital Pharmacist (Travel) 13+ Weeks Temp to Perm

RPh on the Go is hiring for a Hospital Pharmacist to fill a 13+ week travel assignment with potential for permanent placement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing facility in Oregon and assist the Director of Pharmacy (DOP).

Assignment Details:

• Term of Assignment: 13+ weeks, Temp to Perm
• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Software: Cerner and Pyxis

Job Duties:

• Review and interpret medication orders for inpatients and outpatients.
• Prepare/check medications for distribution to various offices, clinics, and ambulance services.
• Counsel patients being discharged on medication management.
• Inspect pharmacy inventory to ensure compliance with departmental policies.

Requirements:

• License: Clear and active Oregon Pharmacist license.
• Experience: 2+ years in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting.
• Preferred: Acute care hospital setting experience.
