Hospital Pharmacy Manager Days

We are seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacy Manager for an inpatient hospital setting. This role combines leadership and clinical responsibilities, requiring the ability to take on Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) duties while also staffing as needed. Join a dynamic team where your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing patient care and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as PIC, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage staff, and handle staffing duties.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Colorado Pharmacist License
• 2+ years of management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• 3+ years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

Assignment:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• On-call: Evenings and weekends shared
• Duration: 13+ weeks, with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidate
