Position: Pharmacy Technician (13-Week Contract)
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Choose from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract. In this dynamic role, you ll be instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient preparation of medications, directly impacting patient health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound Medications: Prepare and compound batches with precision and care.
• Prepare Crash Carts: Ensure readiness for critical situations by managing and assembling crash carts.
• Omnicell Management: Handle Omnicell systems for efficient medication distribution.
• Auto Cart Fill Duties: Keep our pharmacy running smoothly with your expertise.
• Inpatient Pharmacy Support: Engage in a variety of pharmacy technician duties to support patient care.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience Matters: Previous inpatient hospital experience is a must.
• Compounding Skills: Sterile compounding experience is preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB certification required.
