A respected inpatient hospital in Denver, Colorado is seeking a reliable and skilled Pharmacy Technician for a travel contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for techs with inpatient experience who are ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Assignment Details:

• 13-week contract with immediate start

• Day shift schedule (36 40 hours/week)

• 10-hour weekday shifts, 6-hour weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IV admixtures following sterile technique standards

• Restock and maintain Pyxis automated dispensing units

• Handle incoming calls and provide support to hospital staff

• Ensure medication inventory and documentation compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician license

• Previous experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting

• Proven skills in sterile compounding and IV preparation

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with Pyxis systems is a plus
