We are seeking a licensed and experience Hospital Pharmacist for a full-time 13-week contract (with the possibility of extension) in Chicago, IL.

Shift: Full-time, 30 - 32 hours per week. Rotating first shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and second shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), with rotating weekends.

Computer system: Cerner.

Required:

  • Experience working in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
  • Cerner Experience is a plus.
  • Illinois pharmacy license clear and active.
