We re seeking an experienced and dependable Staff Pharmacist to provide PRN coverage at a busy independent specialty pharmacy in Dothan, Alabama. This ongoing opportunity offers advance notice for scheduling and the potential to also pick up shifts at a nearby Montgomery location, if desired.

Position Overview:

• PRN role with 1 2 months' advance notice for scheduling

• Pharmacy hours: Monday Friday, no weekends

• Work in a supportive environment with a close-knit, patient-focused team

• Key responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, supervising pharmacy staff, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly

Required Qualifications:

• Active and clear Alabama Pharmacist license

• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience

• Experience working in high-volume independent or specialty pharmacy settings

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage technicians effectively

• Familiarity with Pioneer RX software is required
