Infusion Clinical Pharmacist - Chandler, AZ

Summary: We are seeking a licensed Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in an infusion pharmacy setting in Chandler, AZ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, working 8-hour shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM 7:30 PM, with rotating "on call" weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medication and monitor patients' drug therapies.
• Provide consultation to medical and nursing staff.
• Oversee the efficient dispensing, processing, and recording of prescriptions.
• Communicate with providers to optimize drug therapy.
• Supervise pharmacy technical staff.
• Monitor medication therapy based on patient-specific variables.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

System/Software: CareTend (formerly CPR+)

Requirements:

• Active AZ pharmacy license in good standing.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Previous infusion experience is required.
