Infusion Pharmacist 13-Week Contract to Hire Tulsa, Oklahoma

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who is skilled in sterile compounding and looking to transition into a long-term role. Join a dedicated pharmacy team that provides essential infusion therapies to patients in need.

Position Details:

• Location: Tulsa, OK

• Schedule: Monday Friday:9:00am - 6:00pm

• Duration: 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP <797> standards

• Maintain cleanroom compliance and sterility standards

• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff

• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of compounded products

• Support inventory management of compounding supplies and medications

Requirements:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred (but will consider without)
• On-call every 4th weekend.
• Oklahoma pharmacy license.
