Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an 8+ week contract at a Home Infusion Pharmacy in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with home infusion experience who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for home infusion patients.
• Provide clinical expertise on IV therapies and patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (clear and in good standing).
• Home infusion or sterile compounding experience required.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> regulations.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
