Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the preparation and dispensing of infusion medications, as well as a strong understanding of sterile compounding. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of infusion therapies to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense infusion medications following prescribed dosages and standards.
• Oversee sterile compounding processes, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Review and verify physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patients responses to therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide expert consultation on infusion therapy to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Maintain accurate records of medication orders, inventory, and patient interactions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday : 8-hour shifts within the hours of 8:00am -7:30pm
• Rotating "on call" weekends

Qualifications:

• AZ Pharmacist license
• 1-2 years in an infusion pharmacy setting
• CPR+ or Caretend experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills to work with patients and providers.
