Overview
RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a 10-week contract assignment in Chantilly, Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable home infusion pharmacy and play a vital role in patient care.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately verify and dispense compounded and non-compounded infusion medications.

• Supervise sterile compounding processes in compliance with USP <797> guidelines.

• Review and assess physician orders for accuracy and therapy appropriateness.

• Collaborate with nursing staff, patients, and other support teams to ensure seamless patient care.

• Maintain all documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (must be in good standing).

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in home infusion or sterile compounding settings.

• In-depth knowledge of USP <797> and <800> compliance.

• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.

• Availability to start ASAP and commit to the full 10-week contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home infusion pharmacy settings.
