Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

RPh on the Go is seeking a Day Shift Infusion Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a leading home infusion pharmacy near Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent role for a pharmacist with expertise in sterile compounding and infusion therapy who is looking for a stable, patient-focused career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile IV medications for home infusion therapy.

• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with USP <797> and USP <800>.

• Supervise IV pharmacy technicians and verify compounded medications.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License

• 1-2 years of infusion pharmacy experience

• Strong TPN experience required

• Pediatric TPN experience is a PLUS!
