Infusion Pharmacist Day Shift - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Assignment: 13-week contract-to-hire

About the Role:

Join a mission-driven infusion pharmacy team in Tulsa, OK. This full-time opportunity is perfect for pharmacists experienced in sterile compounding or inpatient care who are ready to transition into a long-term role.

What You ll Do:

• Compound and verify sterile medications per USP <797> guidelines

• Maintain cleanroom compliance and aseptic standards

• Collaborate with technicians and other pharmacy staff

• Document and label all compounded products accurately

• Support medication and supply inventory

Requirements:

• Oklahoma pharmacist license (active and in good standing)

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings

• Sterile compounding experience preferred (not required)

• Willing to take on-call duty every 4th weekend
