Infusion Pharmacist Manager VA and MD License Alexandria, Virginia

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist Manager for a full-time, day shift position at a specialty infusion pharmacy in Alexandria, Virginia. This leadership role requires dual licensure in Virginia and Maryland and expertise in home infusion pharmacy operations.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Location: Alexandria, VA (Must hold active VA & MD pharmacist licenses)
• Setting: Home Infusion/Sterile Compounding Pharmacy
• Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify medication orders
• Oversee infusion coordination and scheduling
• Manage and support pharmacy technicians
• Handle pharmacy management and front-end intake operations
• Compound infusions as needed

Requirements:

• Active Virginia & Maryland Pharmacist Licenses (required)
• Minimum 4 years of pharmacist experience
• At least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience
• High-volume pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Previous management experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of USP 797 regulations
