Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist (ED/ICU Focus) - Relocation Assistance

RPh on the Go is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Pharmacist for an inpatient medical center located in Central Pennsylvania.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple high-acuity areas, including the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Antibiotic Stewardship Team. Position Overview

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, variable days and afternoons (primarily day shifts)
• Employment Type: Direct hire (permanent)
• Setting: Inpatient hospital
• Technology: Meditech

Key Responsibilities

• Medication order entry, verification, and clinical profile review
• Participation in multidisciplinary team rounds
• Drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults per protocol
• Responding to acute care scenarios including stroke, sepsis, cardiac arrest, and trauma

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Completion of a PGY1 residency or a minimum of three years of recent clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain upon hire
• Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply
