Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist - Full Time - Benefits Offered

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, support clinical teams, and ensure the safe and effective use of medications in a hospital setting.

Shift:

• 32 hours a week Must be on site Monday, Wednesday and Fridays the other day they can chose Tuesday or Thursday
• M-F 8am to 430pm

Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Prepare and dispense medications for inpatient use.
Provide drug therapy consultations to healthcare providers.
Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust as necessary.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
Prior experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
