RPh on The Go is seeking an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist for a part-time, 8+ week contract opportunity in Lamar, CO. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule and has potential to be extended or transition into a full-time permanent role.

Assignment Length:
8+ weeks (potential to extend or convert to permanent)

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 30 hours/week
Typical hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible within 1st shift)

Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy

Position Summary:
The pharmacist will be responsible for day-to-day pharmacy operations, including oversight of technicians, IV preparation, and ensuring compliance with inpatient standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee medication dispensing
Compound IV medications using USP 797 and 800 protocols
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations
Ensure safe and accurate delivery of patient medications
Support and monitor overall pharmacy workflow and documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Active and current Colorado Pharmacist license (unrestricted)
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
IV compounding experience using USP 797/800 techniques
Clean background (no DUIs or disciplinary history)
